Internal trainings in strategic negociation, total quality management, early supplier involvement and black belt Six Sigma arm him to seal numerous international partnerships with strategical suppliers, set up annual supplier productivity plans at Allied Signal and finally set up and chair the SEQUA Group European Purchasing Council.
In March 2005, François Lassalle founded FLConsulting, a consultancy company which assists industrial companies in their purchasing and supplier quality developments: evolution of functions, interim management, training and individual/team coaching.
With 11 associates, he creates in 2009 Team Auto Consulting, one of the rare consultancy company clustering all the specific expertise of the automotive sector for the benefit of industrial companies acting in automotive, aeronautics, railways and energy.
Furthermore, François Lassalle is:
- Speaker in the biannual seminar of Eurostaf/Les Echos “How the car industry will get out from the crisis?”
- Training officer on topics “purchasing in Best Competitive Countries” during the annual IAEC congress
- Co-animator of the module Purchasing in the “Institute of the Management Automotive” in Metz
- Founder and animator of the “International Business Days” (B2B meetings between industrial companies) on the occasion of Le Mans 24 Hours.
Finally early 2010, with 4 friends he set up 4C-Ecomobile, a company aiming to design, assemble and sell new generation of citizen cars (hybrid and electric).
